Most Units only 1 hp?

Hello First its great mod but i have a question; I play with Rome and my Hastati Principies and the other most units have only 1Hitpoint.Is this normaly?So is the war (too) fast over. Ah and i have a second question. When i play the mod the gauls conqer europe really fast!The kill the Germans Spain Rome (Juli,Bruti) and macedone.Is this right so?That the gauls conquer the land :? ?

if you want to play a mod where every unit has 2 hp you should play SPQR

1 hp is normal. Just because a unit has 1 hp, doesnt mean every time they get hit it will be a killing move.
