    First of all i know that lots of people are using the "ETW turns editor mod", but when we change the number of turns per year, the technology research time still remains for one turn per year.
    With this mod i aimed to balance the research times even you change the value of turns per year.
    Now it includes construction and recruitment times too.This mod is multiplies the research and construction and recruitment times with different numbers(you can see it in folder and features section).
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------
    You can choice the mod for your need and you can use three different X_mods together at same time.
    For example: X4_research , X2.5_construction and X2_recruitment at same time.
    Pick your favorites and custom the game the way you wanted.

    Features:
    Spoiler Alert, click show to read: 
    >Research times multiplied with 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 12 and 14.
    >Construction times multiplied with 1.5 , 2 , 2.5 and 3.
    >Recruitment times multiplied with 1.5 , 2 , 2.5 , 3
    >Effects research and construction times for all map.
    >Fun modes:
    -instant_recruitment : Instantly recruits units.
    -insant_and_tax_free_construction : Instantly builds buildings and they cost only 1 gold.
    -insant_construction : Instantly builds buildings.
    -instant_research: Makes techs require only 1 points.
    -school_is_the_best_research: Makes techs require only 1 points and the only required building is school.
    >All in power of X folder.Pick your favorite.

    Put these new files to your original "power of X 1.0" folder to keep them properly.
    Well now that i am working on Regalia of Nation's sounds&musics this could be the last time i update this place hope these mods helped you as they helped me.

    >For those who installed previous versions.Re-install your X_research files with these new ones to prevent any conflicts about files(who downloaded before 1.0).
    >First download "power of x" then add the whats inside the "More X_mod files.rar" folder for more different type of mods.

    Great mod. +rep.

    Ive been reluctant to go with some of the 4 turn per year mods because of this tech issue. One question though, does this also extend the tech development time of the AI? I just want to make sure that if Im extending my tech dev. time by x4 its also extending the AIs development time.

    I've got ETW on 3 turns per year so I installed the x3 research in etw/data. I then typed in scripts mod x3_research; game crashed, so then "mod x3_research;" game still crashes. Works ok if I delete this.
    What do I type exactly? Sorry still a noob at all this.My 3 turns/year mod works ok.

    the " X " suppose to be a big.Careful with that
    Edit:...and you can download anything, even you set your turn to 3 or set 1 , you can still make your research time to X12 or X2 for example.

    isnt vanilla 2 turns/year? so wouldnt x2 research be for 4 turns/year? i really suck at math so maybe im just confused

    Vanilla is one per year.

    By the way i started to add tech and testing every one of them.Remember i am doing this for politics not just social tech.
    Let me give an example: A added a social tech called "book burning" and its give penalty to research rate but raises the point of claiming for reform(lower)
    There are more to come and more to test the balance too.
