is it possible to remove the white hightlighter thing on the mini campaign map? , i find it annoying and difficult to see everyones territories.

It is quite annoying and disturbing. I dont know how to mod it, maybe someone else knows.
I agree with this, all that needs to happen is the opacity of the white overlay needs to be taken down about 50%
WAR IS PEACE FREEDOM IS SLAVERY IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH
red colour would be best because of snow in winter. also i can't see on minimap unit that is selected or which does has selected unit to attack - in TW M2 pressed shift to see it
Waronmars' PipMod makes it better (two thick lines, with no white shading in the middle), and there are no issues with running PipMod together with DarthMod.
I'd like to see it removed all together. I don't really see what purpose it serves.
It lets you know where the objects on the main screen are relative to the minimap, because the minimap doesn't turn when the main screen camera does.
i wish it would get deleted or that the opacity would get lowered so i can actually see stuff on my mini map..
yessss
thank god you all agree with me, i thought it was just me!

That opaque highlighter is really annoying!
I'm not an expert but I think I found a hint that may lead to solving the problem:
In data\UI\theatre_map.lua
map_clip = UIComponent( root:Find( "Blank 466x300" ) )
map = UIComponent( map_clip:Find( "map" ) )
map:LuaCall("SetUI", UI)
max_w, max_h = map_clipimensions()
What could that thing be if it's not that highlighter?
