    As I am aware they are - if u mean that u already started a campaign which u like to finalize you can definitely change - upgrade Darth versions during this campaign. But nobody can jet answer for sure if all the changes will taken into account by the game engine, so the safest way to ensure that is still start a new campaign.
    If your question is regarding CA updates on steam - yes they are also compatible with DarthMod until now at least.

    First darth mod version i used vas 05, so according to readme, its compatible exept 01 v

    You can overwrite any old darthmod from 0.2-0.75

    All changes in the darth mod should be compatible to campaign save game (not 100% sure if all are but most).
    So there is no need always to start a new campaign unless you get a lot of CTD.

    When CA gives an update I would wait for darh to release a new version, but there were no problems I know of until now.
