Royal Family Mod

This mod will enable the Royal Family Panel for monarchies.

Just put this mod in your Empire Total War's Data folder.

Then use the mod manager found here, http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=240335, to add the mod to the mod load script found in the documents folder. Essentially just open the Mod Manager program and it should be populated with all MOD type .pack files and you are able to check and uncheck which mods you want to run with.

To access the royal family just access the ministers tab of your faction screens and then a new button should be visible with the icon of a crown on a pillow. Clicking this will bring up the family tree and non-family claimants.

Suggestion:
1)I wish we could change the King or Sultan too.
2)I wish it doesn't has to be work with mod manager.
Because mod manager sometimes crashes the came.

Sure I added the link to the mod manager now.

Mod Manager can't be crashing the game.

But if you want to use it without mod manager then you can just goto the location of Scripts of Empire which Vista and XP are different. Vista is Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Empire\scripts. (Not sure for XP). Then open the user.empire_script.txt and append this on a new line. (If there is none of this file yet then create it and put that as the first line)

mod familytreemod.pack;

But this is what Mod Manager does for you making it easier to quickly change mod load order and which mods to use.

Nope,

It just lets you see who will be the heir.

But marriages and child births seem to happen with only the child birth if it is a heir being mentioned in a news blip.

I also suspect when war of succession happens that there is actually an Other Claimant from another faction in there and that if they do not get the throne when a king dies with no blood heir then they will start a war of succession.

Maybe SEGA or Marketing were suggesting a DLC Family Tree, or maybe the Special Family Members Edition.
