Default Naval strat map movement modifier?

Does anybody know what file controls the campaign map movement ranges for ships?

Bump, I would also like to know this for land units. Anyone know what the "Is Slow Moving" attribute in the unit_stats_land table means? 24lb foot have it but not 64lb guns.

I think the attribute is purely cosmetic and causes the unit card to display the "slow moving" tag. 24lb foot has it because artillery units in the tactical battles are "slow moving", meaning exactly that. 64lbers doesn't have it because it is simply flat out immobile in combat, so tagging it "slow moving" would be misleading, since it doesn't move at all!

All i know is the action point cost for moving on roads or no roads.

    but it's campaign_variables.

Which also includes a bunch of other interesting things.
