go to the main page (click TWC forums top right). Scroll right to the bottom. On the bottom (leftish) there is a drop down menu that lets you pick what kind of forum style you want. The one you got a boner for is the "Rahl" style.

Sorry it took me so long to get to this. I did leave you a profile message (as if you need to be told) but I use Internet Explorer 8--which is actually the same as 7--not Firefox.
