Hi there, my understanding of the responsibilities of a Citizen are basically posting correctly and abiding by the rules and setting a good example for other members, Citizens are expected to participate in The Capital forum.

I like very much to create modifications, this is my main contribution. I will continue to support fans and members with information and assistance where required.

I have never been warned or similar and i understand the importance, this is how i will individually help moderation where-ever i can.

I will try to be present in capitol - for voting and all other purposes.

Finally, It is a privilege to be offered.

A member who has never received a warning and from my investigation never had one of his posts refered to by any moderator as spam, off topic, ect.

Gaio Giulio Patrizio has offered quick and helpful replies in his subforum, members and fans are never ignored.

Based on these I would like to like to include this fine member into the House of Siblesz.

I think this might be a record for longest patron-client name combination. Someone call Guinness, judging by some of the things in their book they will certainly be interested in this. It is trivial after all. Only way to top this is if MarcusCorneliusMarcellus were to patronize allthosedamnnamesaretaken.

For reference sake, this is an Italian mod, though I believe it has an English translation. This is likely in part why it generally has flown under the radar, but it's been around and trucking for quite some time.

I'm inclined to vote Yes on this. In addition to being the main coder/scripter on the mod(which is a big job), he also apparently made a gaggle of of new animations. Anyone who knows anything about TW modding knows that Animations are probably the single most rare quantity in the modding community. Many modelers, which are often considered the rarity, are dumbfounded by animations. So it's definitely to his credit that he has created so many.
