    There is now a solution to the Fog of War problem for minor/emergent factions that doesn't require selling your house to your uncle, waiting one turn, hacking his bank account, suing him for damages, reclaiming the house, deeding it to your mother, and then changing your legal name.     same here, Cipher. can't seem to work out how to access this mod. If i cut and paste the address i get there message there is no file and if I go to rapid share i can't work out how to search for your mod. Please help.

    Was c & p'd to my browser- both google and yahoo - with this "we did not find the results for: http://rapidshare.com/files/22293558...v1_03.zip.html . Google did take me to a Spanish version of this forum, however. Anyway, finally got it thru rapidshare checker and installed it but ... CTD on first move. Obviously I don't know much about this stuff so out of technical curiosity why didn't you have an active link for this V as you did for the original? Cheers and +rep for original. PS. I have campaign-main-main2. That can't be right??!! Edit. Archived main2 to desktop. Started to play as four diffrerent factions. CTD each time on first turn at "Persia".

    ok, I've copied the files to the MAIN directory, it was empty so didn't need to overwrite, strange i also have a MAIN_2 directory? it has the 2 files as in your mod. .. BUT it doesn't work, i don't see any new factions on campaign start up?

    Do i need to rename a PACK file or something?

    Next time can you name the faction columbia as Gran Columbia, columbia is the country but Gran columbia was the merge of Venezuela, Columbia and ecudaor by Simon Bolivar

    I am trying to play a Gran Colombia but I have noticed a couple of issues.
    The game freezes and crashes when I finish the 4th turn.
    The games goals are all in Europe which makes them difficult to achieve, especially for an emergent nation.
    I have troops from New Spain inside of my capital city when I start.
    And then I'll add just a bit of historical incogruence:
    Gran Colombia controlled both New Granada (Bogota) and New Andalusia (Caracas) with the capital being Bogota.
    I am really looking forward to playing this mod as it progresses

    While it is true that Bolivar was from Venezuela and Caracas was the capital of the province of Venezuela, the capital of Gran Colombia was Santa Fe de Bogota. This is proven by the fact that the legislature, presidency, and supreme courts of Gran Colombia were seated in Santa Fe, city that was chosen by Bolivar himself.

    More importantly even, the country is called COLOMBIA, with both Os and no Us

    Q. Why is there no government for the Emergent Factions?
    A. Because of the game scripting etc.
    S. Capture other factions regions to gain a new government

    Q. When I am playing the emergent factions that are unlocked are not doing anything?
    A. They dont have a government although they move sometimes.
    S. Give them a region so that they gain a government.

    Q. Are there going to be Victory Conditions for every faction?
    A. Yes I already done one for Quebec

    Q. Why cant I research a Technology?
    A. Because you dont have an active school in the region.
    S. Steal a region with a school to be able to research technologies.

    Faction Related Problems:

    - Dont Capture the capital of Great Britain which is London or the game will crash.

    Ireland
    - Same as scotland

    Afghanistan
    - No problems so far.

    United States
    - The game crashes after 15-16 Turns.

    Question, why add Emergent Factions when they just seems to crash och have other issues? Is not alla minor and major factions enough?
