The boards software allows anyone who can view a poll to vote in it, so we have ongoing polls locked away in a civitates-only section. That's necessary, of course, but what about the completed votes? Why not move them here so non-civitates can see them? I had no idea what the amendments even were until I became a civitate, honestly. Also, why is the Prothalamos hidden? No votes there.

It's not always bad to have some secrecy. Seriously, moving at least the discussions about the amendments wouldn't be a bad idea. As for the votes, you couldn't allow many to be visible to everyone since some of them seem not about to be closed (i.e. MareNostrum's poll), and several wouldn't be of any use because they're too old anyway.Originally posted by Simetrical@May 4 2005, 04:09 AM

It's in the early phases but I am thinking of creating a 'Tabularium' repository. This will store all proposals that have been voted on by the Civitates, will be readable by all but essentially it's a read only archive.
But in essense I agree with your idea. Will keep you posted.

As Sulla said, what if I create a section for passed ammendments that can be readable by all member groups? It's very easy to do. A vote doesn't even need to be passed... i can do it now.
