    Default I have a 4780, 4 GB RAM, a Phemon 9600

    ...and yet I can't get more than 15 FPS outdoors in oblivion. The only graphics intensive mod I have is QTP3 and I have the reduced and optimized versions. The only other "big" mods I have are OOO, AWLS, All Natural, Better Cities and Unique Landscapes.

    I don't get why I'm getting framerates that are on average in the single digits. My old rig got better performance!
