You should all know the reputation of the french to be dirty (specialy in those times) !
I'm French BTW
C'est superbe!
Please stop this racist post .....
WTF are you morons talking about? Changed faces??? He's already said that he didn't change the faces. So what's you frakkin' problem?
It still need some work though I think the clothes is looking t0o flat and no shading compared to other vanilla ETW units. (Like the guy in the last pic)
Flat ?????
When I say shading see how the whole color of the coat is the same red except when shadows of the game are in, but look at the unit in the last picture of your first post there is shadow baked into the wrinkles of the clothes and there is some slight dirty of the cloth because this is War, I doubt many people brought ironing boards and cleaning supplies to where they had their uniform spotless every battle.
What you said it s thrue but you can use the same words for almost all the others skin mods. So do you have something wrong specially against the french ?When I say shading see how the whole color of the coat is the same red except when shadows of the game are in, but look at the unit in the last picture of your first post there is shadow baked into the wrinkles of the clothes and there is some slight dirty of the cloth because this is War, I doubt many people brought ironing boards and cleaning supplies to where they had their uniform spotless every battle
That looks fantastic. And I like the special touch that was added by giving the soldiers white powered hair, as appropriate for them. I wish there was a way to give the Prussian and Prussian-influenced troops their distinctive long tails...
Beautiful!!
Do you want to work together redoing the French Units for historical accuracy?
For your shadow problems that probaby come from the normal maps that you keep intact (?).
If you don't know how to edit them (? again) you could try crazy bump, it simple and effective (just import your diffuse dds).
Edit: btw I will release a "little" mod that enable textures swap from monarchy to republic that will be easy to use with custom textures, you might be interested.
