There are two ways of downloading the English version:

Server 1 in Europe:

-Download for those with ISP problems: HERE.

Server 2 in Russia:
-DOWNLOAD
!!! CAUTION !!! This version is in Russian! In order to translate it, you have to download and replace the following files in the mod directory:

Server 3 in America:
Site taken down by government - Use Euro/Russian servers for now.

Would it be at all possible to put up a version hosted on another site? (i.e. filefront or torrent) For some reason I seem to be unable to load either of the download pages, same problem when I try to download off the original post's links.

Where are you guys located? Could you give me your provider and IP address?

The server is online and accepting connections, so somewhere something is getting blocked. This really worries me, as we spent a lot of effort on our servers, and all users are precious.

I have the same issue... and have for quite some time, regardless of whether i use explorer or firefox or open in a new window or with firewall disabled or whatever.

Yep, it's the Roger's DNS servers.

That is like half the Russian sites out there! Those are the two primary DNS servers for Russia's largest registrar.
