If I deleted you from my list prematurely I apologize. I have so many people on the list that I forget who is who, and I delete people constantly I'm not in contact with.

When someone loses some unit and rage quits, abandoning his team, many of them MY friends, I would not be so friendly.

The group is called Empire Total War Quality Players, not Empire Total War Friendly Players.

The group is about allways have good (Quality) players to have games with. Sometimes we can be very strict with the rules, other times we can be loose with them. I myself am very strict, I only invite players I think have potential. If you are a bad player, I won't invite you, and my idea of "Bad" is anyone who can't understand basic strategy.

Which happens to be all most the whole population of players online unfortunantly.

It's not about being nice, it's about having a challenge.

Besides, we have invited some people who aren't exactly great players.

I try to use balanced armies and don't just select all units and clikc on the enemy.
I'm no Napoleon either

Definition of a good player? Was in the first page, but I'll repeat it:

1) Doesn't cheat.
2) Doesn't rage quit.
3) Doesn't camp and let their teammate fend for themself.
4) Doesn't spam one unit or use a gimmick.
5) Can put up a good fight, which means not just charging cavalry into stakes or the front of infantry lines at the start of a fight, losing them all, and then quits the game for example.

You don't need a 40k rating. You don't need 10 stars or a 90-1 win ratior. You win more than half your games? You say good game after the match? You watch your replays to see what you did wrong?

Then chances are you are a quality player.

You wan't to be told how to move units? How to unlimber your cannon? You dont understand why spamming 10 LR and 5 mortars is lame? You think you should always camp a defensive spot and let your teammate go forward alone to a meeting engagement? You think replays are stupid?

Then chances are you are an idiot and should go play Total Barbie Paradise.

Most of us are quite friendly, but not all of us. But there is no need to be over sensitive.

Don't worry Lupus, I trust you. I'm just telling the guy from my perspective, that it looked like you rage quit, and I don't have patience for that kind of behaviour. But a legitimate crash is understandable.

We are mostly in N. America, Canada and the United States, however European players that don't lag with N. American players are free to join.

You shouldn't be intimidated by the group, or think we're all "l33t" or anything. Most of us are just regular gamers that want a good, clean match and are tired with the hassles of playing with randoms.
