Hello,
As many of you will agree, KGCM is a great gameplay mod for M2TW. I have my most challenging campaigns in this mod.
However, as this mod focuses mainly on gameplay mechanics, it lacks in areas especially in visual department. It still looks great. But there are some mods like SS and DLV which uses more variety of skins, textures etc.
I think a great mod like KGCM needs some love in that area: "Visuals" So i decided to combine some skin packs, better effects like blood, musket smoke etc...
What does this mod feature:
-Most of vanilla western factions and mongols reskinned
-Lots of new shield and banners
-Realistic blood and dirt models
-Realistic arty and musket smoke
-New grass for some climates
I have just collected good visual mods and put them together. So read the following credits carefully. This mod is here because of their amazing works.

Installation Instructions:
1- Download and install 7-zip from here: http://www.7-zip.org/download.html
2- Extract all files compressed in rar into your M2TW installation directory. For example mine is: D:\Oyunlar\M2TW Of course yours will be different. But method is the same.
3- Overwrite any files that u are asked. Simply say "Yes to All"
4-Go to the folder : .....\mods\kingdoms_grand_campaign_mod\data\unit_models\attachmentsets
In that folder search for these files:
final asian_mongols_diff.texture
final asian_mongols_norm.texture
final middle eastern_mongols_diff.texture
final teardrop_mongols_diff.texture
After u find them, delete them all.
5- This step is optional but i strongly recommend it. Since i couldnt include realistic horse project because of copyrights, i will give a simple guide to combine it with my mod.

When you download this horse project you will see 6 folders in it named:
barded_horse
european_armoured_horse
heavy_horse
mailed_horse
me_armoured_horse
medium_horse
Extract them, except mailed_horse and barded_horse folders, into ....\mods\kingdoms_grand_campaign_mod\data\unit_models\mounts
6- Thats it!!! Enjoy the awesome looking units, shields, horses and etc...
Important Note: This mod is save game compatible and works with 3.8, 3.9 and 4.1 versions of the KGCM mod and probably will work with any further updates to KGCM that wont touch game visuals.
