    Forgive me if your mod tool already implements this but has this been altered so things like aging, elections, economy, build times and technology are stilled tied to the year and not turns?

    The beauty of this mod, as I see it, is to allow us 4 times a year to make tactical moves with our units on the campaign map without altering all the factors I described above, correct?

    So to make my question short....how does your tool effect the progression of everything else in the game? Thanks

    It's different for different things.
    E.g. research is tied to the amount of technology points you can generate each turn, so researching a technology will take the same amount of turns as in the past, same with income, this is the amount of money you make each turn.
    Events are generally tied to years and seasons (so they might get announced more than once if you happen to have that season more than once in your game).
    Aging of persons is in years, not in turns.

    In the Released Mods forum there are a couple of mods that slow down technology, adjust movement rates, etc to make it match better to a specific amount of turns per year.

    great tool! if i want to change the turns per year in a savegame, is there anything i should know? should i make sure its the first turn of a new year or does it not really matter?

    Although, if I recall correctly, elections are in turns as opposed to years. So if you increase TPY to 4, you get elections every 2 years.

    That's what I've been told, anyway.

    Has anyone found a way to counter this so elections are tied to years, not turns?

    Does this change the distance that armies can travel? Any other side effects?

    Default My hex editor is displaying something I don't understand

    hey everyone, first time poster here but long time love of RTW, ETW, MTW MTW2.. So I'm doing the late campaign, when I enter in 569104 (ctrl G) and make sure it's in decimel form, I am taken to a line, but have no idea where to find this default "2" as the value. Instead, the intersection of the location gives me a value of 01!

    I searched thru all these threads and no one else has seemed to ask something similar to give me an idea here, I even checked out my "vanilla" startpos file and the calue I'm taken to is '00" I love the late years but need more time dangit!

    Hello!
    If you got for 3 turns per year, do you get 2 summer, 1 winter?
    And at 5, 4 summer, 2 winter?
    Somehow I suspect it would be 1 summer, 2 winter, or alternating.

    Hello!

    I have recently found a problem after editing my saved game with the editor. First of all, some time ago, I have used the editor to set the number of turns to 8 (it was just the begining of the game). Now, after some time I picked up ETW again and re-edited the same save to 4 turns. But now I'm stuck in the same year - turns change but the year doesn't. Unfortunately before I have noticed the problem I've already overwritten my file so there's no turning back Any Ideas how to fix it? Thanks in advance

    This could be interesting for my 7 years war mod. If I would start in 1748 and end in 1765 with 12 rounds, i would have ca 200 rounds. I would not need to change the time for research technologies, building time and recruit time.

    First, nice tool, I used it for ETW

    But yesterday I just installed NapoleonTW, and I didnt find anything regarding a turn editor for it..

    So my question is if this is working with NTW as well

    Napoleon is already 24 turns per year. You cannot change that or the game AI will become passive.
