Problem with Oblivion...

I'm having a problem with oblivion... For some reason it won't turn on.

I checked properties, and tried everything, for example turning off the "Read-only" part and I couödn't, which was weird..


Okay, I got it to work by going to the program files and not starting the launcher. Only starting the game... Only, now the problem is that the game won't save...

I don't understand >.<

EDIT: okay... Now I deleted the saves... and now I can save again. Is there a way to delete every trace of this game from my computer? Because the options still won't save, and when I uninstall the saves and everything still seems to be left there...
