More MP armies ?

Hello,
It's my first post, so if this is in the wrong section, please excuse me.

The other day I was playing ETW online, and one of my oponents could select lots of different armies/ nations I havn't seen, and are not availible to me.

I think one was knights of st john.

Does any one know how you get these in multiplayer ?

I believe if you remove these from the Grand Campaign, you may play them in multiplayer. Though, there isn't a large advantage. Minor nations aren't known for their epic unlockable units.

Could you be a little more specific ?

By remove do you mean destroy ?

M8, u can open these factions using some patch.pack file,use search function in the forums... These factions are quite similar to otheers,only some of em have new units on early era,like Scotland,Persia ...

there is a place called empire total war modes did u searched there??
