Man you modders amaze me sometimes. This looks like an amazing tool. I can't wait until CA releases the official tools and you guys can really go hogwild.

Great work, hopefully you'll update it when CA releases a patch which fixes that horrible CTD on ai turnphase problem. This seems like a great tool to fill the gap whilst some major mods come out.

Very nice work. +rep
Atleast i can fix some parts of the game now .
EDIT:
Changing unit sizes doesn't seem to work yet. Changed the unit size of the grenadiers from 80 to 160 (same as other line infantry). Change the values, commited and saved it and imported it in the main.pack. Made no difference so i checked if the DB in the main.pack had the right values. It did.
EDIT2: My bad, didn't realize that the patch.pack had a newer DB file. Works like a charme now. Thank you!

There are no bugs in ETW! The AI works perfectly! We will win! -Comical Keiran
now this is out someone should make a more realistic firing mod
IE: increase range, reduce accuracy...add more ammunition
You look great today.
KnightsofEngland, if you reload the table and the stats are, indeed, changed, then it's not a problem with the editor. It's simply that your game isn't picking up the changes. Try re-packing the changed file back into patch.pack.
cwm33, firing ranges aren't in this file since I believe they are attached to a particular weapon.
HellFell, yes I'll be updating it as time permits and as we work out new fields.
gfzgfx, make sure when editing that you press Commit *before* saving or switching units. The program has a list of units in memory that it uses to then save out... if you dont press commit then it wont update this list and once you are finished you MUST use File -> Save table to actually save it to disk.
This is great!! awesome job!!
Great! Thanks.
Any chance you're working on one for projectiles aswell? That'd be cool. Impact radius, velocity, etc.
Nice Job! and Thank you
This editor works really well.
By the way, how do I increase the ammo?

I didn't try it and I didn't read the posts, but it looks fantastic. Very simple, I can see on first time, what i'm searching for . Remember me the soccer editors.
I don't think CA's tools could be more simple.
Very good job. Hope for an editor, with all functions together. From unpack, over changes to repack in one editor.
+REP for you.

Good job! would have done something like this my self but alas, Uni does not allow me to. To much work..
I would like to make a feature request - batch updates. What I mean by this is having a section where one can enter commands that effect all units (or types of units). Eg +10 to all infantry accuracy.
can you edit the damage caused by rifles/muskets?
anyway to edit line infantry by just faction. oh and +rep
*edit* n/m. i see where they're seperated.
