Multiplayer Hotseat?
I'm an adament fan of Hotseat campaign, and am currently playing a few hotseat games for METW2, including a few mods...
Hotseat it is amazingly exciting concept. I'd love for this game to have the same opportunity, to play the campaign map with other players.
Despite a few concerns that I have making the game unfair advantages.
Whats the chances of hotseat, or more specifically a campaign mode that has checks and regulations to benefit the hotseat campaign?
Is there something in the works?, or do we have to rely on hotseat/campaign mods?:hmmm:
The only think you have to fear is... Me.

Re: Multiplayer Hotseat?
There a few things im worried about,
especially if like METW2, you won't be able to defend your armies,
For example.
If you play France, and suddenly declare war on the Dutch,
you can one turn destroy them, despite how powerful the Dutch maybe with navy trade ect...
I belive things like maybe making the ability to be unable to capture the capital of a major player without at least seigning it for one turn, giving the defender an advantage to defend (only with capitals)...
These are the kind of rules that I think would be influential for hotseat campaigns, rules that are specifically tailored to make the game more fair and balanced between players:hmmm:
Anyother ideas that could be used for a fair hotseat mode?

Re: Multiplayer Hotseat?
If you fight the other player's army on the battle, he gets to command said army.

Re: Multiplayer Hotseat?
What? So the defender in a normal battle will fight it? That doesnt sound right and its not possible. But I agree on what Troforce said
