Okay, I want to have a Republic in Prussia, but everytime there is a revolution, the rebel army is super small in comparison to the Royalists. Any way to make them bigger, like maybe more research into philosophy?

Yeah, just move all units far away from the capital city. Even on VH/VH i've been able to auto-calc nearly all of them.
I do agree that the imperialist Prussian flag/uniforms/everything else has a much better feel to it...but republics are so convenient once the revolution is finished.
