Something is not right

My computer has been acting strange today. I boot it up. When it completely loads up the color is only at 4 bit. My computer only reads the basic colors. I tryed to change the color settings but the only setting available is 4 bit 16 colors instead of the normal 256 colors I had just yesterday. This is very strange and I cannot load up photoshop. The game cannot load and I can barely read the posts on TWC. This is halting any work I have to do. (modding).

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

sounds likea driver problem, dry re-dwnloading and installing your drivers
