Campaign Win Conditions

Any way to change the campaign win conditions ?
I play unlocked factions now but they all have same Win Conditions

I play unlocked factions now but they all have same Win Conditions

The original "unplayable" factions have no victory conditions, check their objective in GC, as you can see the objective is something like "to hold 0 regions including nothing"
