    Just to clarify for people downloading this, some of the factions have incomplete rosters, rosters copied from other countries or just no roster at all.

    I tried two indian factions manually and all they had was an artillery unit in Early but that's it lol.

    The pirates don't have a land army so they weren't included either, stuff like that.
    New Spain is a direct copy from Spain...

    Until a modder figures out how to add units to a roster we're stuck with this. =\

    The non-playable factions are not fleshed out like the main 12. No unique language files, and probably not much unique anything. Feel free to offer your services to modders though.

    Place the .pack file in your empires "data" folder, save the existing one just in case!

    it should look like this:

    D:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\empire total war\data

    My empire game is saved in D drive yours may be in C drive etc..

    Most factions, if not all, besides those unlocked (see 1st post), have only 1 unit.

    or i keep both files?
    also extract means?
