Banks and Traiding companies

My understanding is that there are no faction limits and the diplomatic system should become also modable.

This brough be the idea of introducing Banks and Traiding companies as factions. You could approach them with investment and loan proposals and vice versa.
These could be big loans to finance wars or other ventures like colonies.
For a loan request sum a banker would reply with a sum per turn that has interes on top of it.
Same with investing to a company, you get a profit on top of your investment.

Anyway, that the basic idea, what do you think?

Sounds good,will these new factions be playable and if they are will you have to beat the game by buying regions and not using troops?

Not playable, even tough the companies were like states almost. The companies could have regions tough and should be protectorates of their host countries. Mess with their business or dont pay a debt and you get a war declared against you.

It looks like they will definetaly have an army since i just got to India in my campaign and you can recruit east India trading company troop their
