Empire in full screen

Hey, I have 2 monitors which allow me to move my mouse over between each one, though I have encountered a problem which I did not in previous TW games where Empire does not seem to register as a full screen game, so my mouse continues to move over to the other monitor which stops me from turning the screen in that direction while playing.
Is there any way to change this?

go on display settings, then click on monitor two and untick one of the boxes, cant remember which one but its obvious..and tada

edit ( i think it says sometrhing along the lines as 'do not act as second monitor', untick it
