No Voice in German Version?

First I installed the game (unintentionally) in English and everything worked fine.
But I want to play the game in German so I re-installed it (selected German this time) and now my Advisors don't talk (just text, although I clearly clicked at text+sound) and the videos in the Independence-campaign are still in English....

Isn't there a German Voice setting in E:TW?

Also wie schon oben in meinem schlechten Englisch angedeutet. ^^
Als ich das Spiel auf Englisch installiert hab hat alles geklappt, die Berater haben mich bequatscht, alles cool.
Jetzt auf Deutsch sagen dir gar nichts mehr, obwohl der Schalter auf Text+Sprache steht.
Die Armee und Agenten sagen auch nichts wenn ich auf sie in der Strategiekarte klick.
Gibts denn echt keine deutsche Vertonung? o_O
Oder wird die noch mit einem Patch nachgeliefert?
Oder bin ich einfach zu doof?
