well, I find that the toggle_fow cheat is really handy for immersion.

Cheating ruins a game for me making me feel like whats the point. I dont know how you guys do it.

lol cheating is fun only once you have played the game over and over our u are seriously stuck on a level and want to go to the next... the only cheat i would want is to make my own fraction

That's the only one that really matters, lol.

I use the instant build cheat. It speeds up the pace of the game and makes your faction way ahead of the others.

I'll only use cheat to remove the annoying and artificial FOW. Seriously it's 18th century, you shouldn't need spies everywhere to know that France was conquered..

On a realism side Aeoleron9, yes. However using the FOW makes the game a little more difficult, without turning up difficulty, and giving AI units an artificial boost in combat. The AI might be improved, but its no human.

I for one enjoy cheats.

However, If I may ask, Which cheats/commands can help modders most in ETW? While I could care less about the money cheat, their are some older cheats like "create_unit" and "Process_cq" that were quire important in avoiding CTDs, checking textures and building progression.

i can confirm, there is no cheating, at least with the tilde key.
