    DO you guys think it is worth Aus$200 for the upgrade in perfromance from a 2100+ amd to a 3200+ 32bit?
    Any thoughts?

    Also i already have 1Gb of pc3200 RAM

    I'd say yes but I don't know how much Aus$200 is worth

    I don't think it's worth it.
    When upgrading from that, go at least a 64 bit 3400-3500

    i agree. The 3200+ runs quite hot, so you might opt for a cheap Sempron (3100) instead. Or better still, save up your money and start a new system with socket 939 and PCI-xpress...
