Victoria Question: Railroads
Is there any way to place railroads faster? When I have a huge nation and I have to go and click on 20+ provinces to get efficient railroads and industries, it almost make me want to quit. Is there some way to automate placing railroads or something?
I thought about writing something clever, but then I remembered I'm not clever enough.

If you have laissez-faire or interventionism as your ruling party's economic policy, when capitalists get X amount of cash, they will build railroads and factories for you. If you have the revolutions expansion that is. (or maybe they do do railroads in not-expansion victoria...i don't know...)
