    1. Don't know
    2. Mith said it might be in the first release if it works properly, the DoTS team supposedly did this with their mod.

Probably not the first, but KK would like to add it for future versions, along with a few custom settlements.

He wants to make it. That doesn't mean that he will make it. He'd have to learn some complex stuff...

well one guy made it in RTW, and I saw custom settlements in MTW2, so its perfectly doable, the only prob. might be pathfinding...

Pathfinding sucks in M2TW in settlements, if you try to tell your troops to climb the wall to assist your archers that are under attack, they will run outside, climb through the ladders your enemy set in place, get killed and run away... So yeah, pathfinding will be a .

It's actually the most important imo, since minas tirith is most likely impossible to do...

I think it's possible, but it takes ages to do (Helm's Deep is easier to do)

Actually, if you think about it, Helm's Deep ain't that easy.
You first have to make the keep (+The hall inside it!), afterward the heightened walls of the keep, to place archers, a bridge to connect the keep with the outer keep wall, a ramp from the keep to the courtyard of the gate, after all of that you need a ramp from the outer keep walls to the deeping wall, the deeping wall itself, the draining place thingy... Don't forget the caves, and the mines for Isengard... Not that easy.
Only thing you have to do with Minas Tirith is 7 levels (I will be more than willing to suffer 3 / 4 levels for the sake of game balance/gameplay) of kind-of-curved-walls, and a VERY strong gate.

I think Minas Tirith is harder to do than Helm's Deep, It has more layers and inside it there are different kinds of buildings it has a gate on every layer, there is the wedge shaped rock in the middle and on top the hall (of Denethor ?) plus the white tree. I thought it was Mith who said Helm's Deep might be done, how cool is that ?

Do you mean the gunpowder thing ? I think Nazgul-killer means something else (more like cave).
