My photoshop knowledge is nonexistant, but would it be possible to cut out the Palantír from the picture I posted, give it x% (whatever works best) transparency (higher transparency in the middle of it, if possible), and then paste it on top of the uruk-hai in the original image posted by Saruman?

2. Cutting out a circle and have noone notice it is close to impossible. Sry.
