Peace Conference in Constantinople (Germany, Russia,Ottomans)

"Gentlemen, as new representitive of the German Empire and her States, I would like to say this, this entire war was a foolish descision of our former Kaiser. The Supreme Chancellor and our new Kaiser refuse to take sides. However if the Ottoman Empire continues to transgress against the Iranians or the Russians Germany will be forced to side with the Russians and/or Iranians."

Hindenburg looked very closely at the Sultan.

"You be careful. Your agreement was made with Kaiser Wilhelm II. You ahd your representation. In Reichstag TWO bills were presented that entailed we side with you against Russia. Both were voted down. Do not underestimate us. If you got war with Russia and Germany you will have no allies left. Even Britain cannot support you in that war. We do not want war. The Reichstag AND the new Kaiser want peace with a good ally such as the Ottomans. However we will NOT allow peaceful and docile nations such as Iran be preyed on by your Empire."

Hindenburg regained his composure grimly continued.

"The Reichstag's proposal remains:

Do not continue to transgress in Iran or Germany will be forced to side with Russia and declare war."

The mood of the conference was disturbed all of a sudden by a massive sound, the sound of a firing salute of a battleship. Upon closer inspection it bore the ensign..

Of the Austrian Navy. It was the SMS Zrinyi, a Radetzky Class Pre-Dreadnought, part of the Austro-Hungarian Flotilla that was sent to protect Greek sovereignty.

Although it did raised tensions for a bit, the signals coming from the ship meant that it was just ferrying a delegate of the Hungarian Government and the salvo was nothing more than a friendly greeting.

Count Gyula Andrassy almost smirked at the thought of the suddent appearance of the Empire but then again, they must make there presence known, since they are already quite posed to joining "somebody" if this negotiations brokedown. Besides like any good conference, it needs a neutral representative. Count Gyula, the Hungarian Foreign Minister disembarked followed by his aides. He looked at his pocketwatch then said to his men.

"I suppose none of you can get me to the Tokapi Palace to meet with the Sublime Porte?"
