Today, after peace talks between the Empire of Japan and China collapsed from mutual suspicions of one another. The Japanese Emperor under mounting pressure from his Prime minister and the entire Japanese Parliament, has officially approved for the total declaration of war against China!

A statement written by the Prime minister is currently being announced throughout Japan in every town and city....

It reads....

"....The Barbarity and the cruelty, that the Chinese have shown to our brothers and sisters in China, shall not go unpunished! For every Japanese that they have slaughtered in their merciless blood lust, it shall be avenged by the death of 5 Chinese man or woman! This will be a war that they will regret to have incited! We will destroy their farmlands!, we will destroy their families! They shall pay with their very own lives!

The Kingdom of Italy has decided to host the mediate meeting between all of the major powers. The meeting is held in Rome under the supervision of The Italian Government. Only key members of the Nations above may enter to State Building in which the meeting is to occur. If any nation attempts to interupt the meeting, It will be seen as a declaration of war by Italy and the nations that are metting.

Surprised by the hastily sent telegrams by the Japanese Parliament ordering them to represent them in the peace talks in Rome, they arrive tired and angry, having just toured St.Peters basilica. They are promptly led by an Italian attendant to their seats left of a large table.

It was a fine day in Pula when the Kaiser of Germany arrived. As his royal Yacht arrived at the port of Pula a group of German Reichtruppers (Imperial troopers) rushed out and formed two lines. An aid ran otu of the Yact and set down a red carpet.

A maginifecnt display began with the Reichtruppers forming up around the Kaiser.

From his flagship SMS Radetzky, Kaiser Franz Josef can see the german entourage disembark from Pula.

"I guess the Italians will have to wait for there meeting with me."

There General der Kavallerie Eduard Graf von Paar, clicked his heels in acknowldegment then went out to inform the Italians. Meanwhile Kaiser Franz is still seeing what he affectionally nciknamed Willy, then he ordered the ship to make way to the side of the german yacht.

And then as the looming shadow of Radetzky became obvious to the onlookers at the port, all her port side turrets, 4 of them counting 2 cannons aimed at the harbor, then all of a sudden a massive broadside erupted, a firing salute courtesy of the Kaiser.

The Kaiser, stepped out of the conning tower then in a loudspeaker said at Wilhelm

"Wilhelm! Glad to see you here, how do you like my new yacht?"

Wilhelm looked at the Yacht. For a moment a look of jealousy goes over his face.

"Ah...it is...big. Well Franz how do you like my new hunting rifle. It is the most advanced rifle in ALL of Europe. My engineers say i could shoot a deer up to 200 yards away from where I am with this rifle."

Wilhelm smiles in satisfaction.

The Sultan arrived the fort, and smiled. Soldiers were marching towards the border of Arabia. This satified the Sultan. He always was looking for expansion. He was about to gain a large amount of land. He also knew the downsides of his orders. The people will rebel if he went agressive. He must do this carfully to gain support from the people from Arabia. But the Bulgarian Invasion will be quick and fast.
