    Small point: You canŽt give Byzantine (Nikephorean Unit Roster) units just like that.
    And you are right about this:

    Besides CBUR's work still belongs to it's creators
    Thats mean: it belongs to Absinthia, Leif_Erikson and me and of course to Rusichi team (for their models) NOT to you.
    You also need our permission to give OUR work to others!

    You are right but accepting to become CBUR member you should be read this as all others did...
    Afcourse your work is still yours and that means that you can withdraw it if you want...In every case you will receive a thank for your time in our fellowship....
    When i contact you and all others i asked for contributors that would kindly offer to the general cause which is know as CBUR...
    You never mentioned that you would contribute your work under certain conditions if i remember well...

    Good idea for a mod. If it is still going to happen after the last 2 pages . I must say i agree with Wolf, this whole argument amounts to a three-year-old refusing to share his toys because he doesn't like another three-year-old. At least Anthonius is being civil about it. And i object to personal predjudices detracting from mods, that sort of thing is what destroys all the good work that especially skinners and modelers do for the modding community. I understand that modding is a voluntary occupation, but it is churlish to deny us fans our mod because you don't like the way it is going. By all means leave the mod, but take away everything you have worked on? That is spite, and it wastes your own time and work as much as the rest of the teams'.

    as far as i understand this has been resolved and pacco has graciously agreed to let CBUR use his Cavalarii textures and byzantine shield textures.

    I know that our team is a bit quite...
    Vacations,real life may keep some of us in a lower speed but we are still in progress never the less....
    The progress in slow but stady and we are about to combine some of the early entrances of other factions units that are in progress...
