i cant understand, i cant install this mod

hi all,

i spent hours to install this nice mod, but its impossible to install it.

I HAVE rtw 1.5 and alexander extension installed, then i installed rtr platinum 9 switch mod. then i installed aqd realistic mod in the rtr plat 9 folder, i deleted rwm map and i edited the rtr plat shortcut like this:

"C:\Programmes\Activision\Rome - Total War\RomeTW-ALX.exe" -show_err -mod:RTRPE -noalexander
"C:\Programmes\Activision\Rome - Total War"

consequence, when i launch the game, the screen freezes and i can see this:
`` failed to read censored dictionnary file: rtpe/data/chat filter scan

i need help
