    Default How do you merge layers?

    i've downloaded the new Gimp and I can't firgure out how to merge layers anymore! Help!

    You should use the gimp help.

    There are several different GIMP helps (offline/online variants).

    Open the Layers Dialog (Dialogs>Layers), right click on the layer, and select merge down (if you want to merge it with the layer above, drag and drop the layer in the layer dialog so that it's above, then right click and select merge down).
