Roman Campaign Ends,next mod

Ok,well ive played out my Roman campaign(Wunderfull,so many thanks),and now i want the next part to unfold:Ruina Romae !

Can i just install this over my IJ files???
or do i need a clean install RTW+BI 1.6 ??

They both use the mod-switch, so you could just install it. If you install it right.
But I suggest making a clean install, that's always safer.

Maybe as you remember,i had to delete several .exes to be able to play IJ ctdfree,doesnt this hinder the installment of RR ?
If not,just extract the RR files in the RTW Root and that should do the trick?

I just meant not doing an install error, like installing RR into the IJ folder, that would mess up both mods.
You can just follow the install instructions of Ruina Roma, it'll probably work.

Yes.

If you have the CD's, just make a new install.
Copy-paste your whole rome installation(the rome main folder = normally called "Rome - Total War"), with IJ in it, to another place,
then uninstall, delete all that is left(in the old path), and reinstall rome + bi +1.6 + ruina roma.
Then you have both mods in separate installations.
That would be safest.

You had some install error. We still don't know what that really was.

ehm,you made me delete ther descr_transition_screen txt and ALL Quotes txt
will that work with RR in it then??

Oh, the quotes files, I was confused, because you said exe's.
That should not cause any problems.
Ruina Roma probably installs it's own, and if not, there just won't be any quotes.
The game doesn't need them, as you can see it works without them.
