Cannot Begin a Campaign
Hey all, pardon if this is a dumb question but I have used RTR in the past but not in the past year or two. I am now trying to play it again and I uninstalled RTW and reinstalled in and patched it and installed RTR but my problem is that I cannot start a new campaign as the option to do so in the main menu is grayed out. Does anyone know how I could solve this problem, any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am not very knowledgeable of computers so forgive my ignorance.

Re: Cannot Begin a Campaign
Try uninstalling the game and prior to installing RTR beginning a campaign briefly then immediately exitting it. If I recall correcting in vanilla RTR that had to be done in the prologue (was it?) order to unlock campaign mode. An ordinary campaign as any Rome faction should do though.

Re: Cannot Begin a Campaign
which version of RTW do you have (the original one on two CDs, the gold edition (including BI), ... )? and which version of RTR are you trying to install (platinum v1.9)?
