"Please select an item from the list"

Whenever I click "New Campaign" I am told to select an item from the list. What list? What items? Help greatly appreciated.

It means you have installed the mod over a version of rtw other than v1.5. You need to have rtw correctly patched to v1.5 for the mod to work. If you want to play it with the bi shortcut you`ll need to have bi patched to v1.6 too. If you want to check what version your game is start the game, go to options and in the upper right corner it should say ver1.5 for rtw and ver1.6 for bi. If it says something else you need to patch it up. For example:

1. install RTW v1.0
2. install RTW v1.3 patch
3. install RTW v1.5 patch

or if you have BI too:
1. install RTW v1.0
2. install BI v1.4 which also upgrades RTW to v1.3
3. install the BI v1.6 patch which upgrades BI to v1.6 and RTW to v1.5
