the Greeks could rule the world....perhaps.

this AAR starts at about 5 years from the beginning. I won't start right at the start though. I will just show you the map without the fog:

as you can see the macs are still there. I made a forced alliance with them so I can live just a bit more.

sorry to say this but it's on easy/easy. I know that that's for noobs but I can't really get to grips with the new stuff.

(i hate the garrison script. it shouldn't provide that sort of troops right at the start. I thought they were citizens not fully trained troops with weapons that are too advanced for the city itself could create. )

For the time being though. i need to know how to boost my economy. I am getting about 900 profit every turn. sometimes it goes down to a measly 5. is there a way to to boost it without hurting my army's?

The only way to boost your economy in a significant way, given your situation, is to disband armies or conquer neighboring territories.

Legio is right. Once you've taken mainland Greece you'll notice you're treasury getting nice and fat. Start taking those Islands and move into Asia and the southern Black Sea and you'll be invincible. Just look out for Scythia.

You 100% need to kill Macedonia. I played greeks my first time too on easy/easy and I never faced a single problem. I suggest going medium/medium if you are getting started, because on VH/H you have an intense struggle with Macedonia, but then after holding Greece it becomes ridiculously easy so I assume M/M isn't bad at all.

hmm...i got about 3 stacks in Asia minor. and I'm going to go east. let me take Asia minor first kk? I have just sent my best troops to Asia Minor.

supeerme, use their "bulk uploader". You can upload as much as you want. It's somewhere on your album page.

The bulk uploader works well, I just wish there was a "select all" function so I didn't have to click each thumbnail manually...

I had to clear my browser cache to get it to show up.

I've found Photobucket's applets to be pretty flaky...
