Downloading now but just wanted to ask:

Any chance of including dogs for England, I know the model is not correct for them but the English Mastiff was originally bred for war, namely to accompany cavalry and deal with pesky infantry trying to unhorse men.

On another note, MOUNTED NAFFATUN, BRILLIANT!!

You can easily add them to the England_Wales merc pool, by following the instructions above and copying the line to the regions you want.

If you want to make them available from a building, you will have to add them to one in export_descr_building. Take "Town Militia" as an example, copy the line, replace "Town Militia" with "Mercenary Wardogs" and repeat where ever you find Town Militia.
This will not work with all units, it only works with the Wardog's as they have a 'merc' texture in the battle_models.db.

There are many problems with vista, most can be solved by turning off the UAC. There is a good tech help section which deals with the main vista issues.

You can change files on Vista. Copy the file on your Desktop, rename the original file then put the file from your desktop back into the original folder. Then you should be able to open, change and save the files.
    (sorry for my english)
