Prague, Karlovy Vary, Cesky Krumlov, Vienna, Venice, Milan

Ok, planning a two week trip with a girl friend of mine and these are the places I'm looking at hitting. Starting in Prague. I've found awesome prices on apartments in Prague, Vienna, Venice, and Milan. Seems it's way better to get apartments for short term in Europe then to get hotels. Nice I say.

Karlovy Vary is where Casino Royale was filmed, it's not in Monte Negro, but instead near the German border in the Czech Republic. Cesky Krumlov is one of the oldest examples of old architecture nicely preserved so thought I'd stop in for a day and a half and a night.

Anyways, who's got suggestions of things to do entertainment, shopping, and resturant wise in any of those bigger cities, or even in the small towns if you've been. This is going to be a fun trip with a very important person from back home and I'm looking to show her a really really good time.

Be careful with where you eat in Milano and Venice. It costs a fortune if you pick all the tourist places in the center. Many of the best resturants where the actual Italians eat are often located a few hundres meters from the Cathedral square in Milan and you get so much more food for your money. Shopping is pretty neat in Milan, especially at the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, but expensive also. Should be plenty of cultural stuff to see in Italy too.
In Karlovy Vary you could also drive to Theresienstadt concentration camp if you are interested in that kinda stuff. However if you truely want to see something amazing then drive to the German-Czech border at around sundown, whole towns which sole purpose is prostitution.
