Crash while playing Pathia

Hi, I'm a great fan on the RTR series and I've also followed this forum for quite a while, but now I encountered a problem which made me finally seek help from here myself.

I just installed RTW with BI on my new laptop, and upgraded to 1.6, then installed RTR Platinum 1.9 and started a short campaign as Parthia, but the game crashed to desktop when I ended my turn in 270 winter. I also checked two other factions (Germanians and Bactria as random choices) and gladly found out that they do not have such problems, seems to be a bug for Parthia only.
Perhaps there is someone willing to advise me so I could play one of my favourite factions aswell.

I guess you didn't install the revolt-CTD-fix... (it's not just Parthia... All factions have it when a city revolts and isn't able to recruit any garisson troops)

Install this and try again

Yes, revolting makes sense, some selucids were indeed getting rather mad. But at least the solution seems simple.
