Force Diplomacy Mod(Yes, I did a forum search)

I read the other topic and downloaded IBFD.txt, replaced the existing one and started a game, clicked the show me how button and reset the advisor. I then sent a diplomat to set up an alliance with the Huns. At the diplomacy screen I clicked the "?" but instead of getting "Force Diplomacy" I got a messege explaining the basics of diplomacy.

I also tried editing the existing IBFD.txt(I created a back-up).

How do I get this to work with the latest IBFD?

I'm not sure that the IBFD Force Diplomacy script is like other Force Diplomacy scripts. I'm pretty sure it's just scripting to make sure that some factions constantly stay at war with one another and that the WRE and ERE maintain their alliance. It's also the cause of many CTDs I believe.

It'd be great if we could get a Force Diplomacy mod like the one you describe though. It's awesome for RTR.
