I have a predicament. The concept of Victoria appeals to me, but i dare not buy it because it is so ugly I fear my eyes would disown me. Is there a mod which improves it's interface and makes it look less leprous?

it's the tool bar that bothers me most of all with it's crappy little symbols, Victoria is like the ugliest sister (of 4 admittedly ugly siblings)
