The RS 2.0 Team Proudly Presents.....
The Roman Leadership System
Civil Career
A Roman could pursue his career in the city itself, striving to become known as an orator, a politician, a true Roman working for the good of all. For any patrician who chooses this path when he comes of age and joins the senate, the path to the top is a long one. Pictured is one of the lowest rungs - that of Quaestor. To govern one of Rome's fledgling overseas provinces as a Legatus Propraetor takes years of dedication and service, but once there a life of riches and influence the envy of all Romans would be enjoyed.
Military Career
No man gains more glory than he who wins great victories for Rome, and those patricians who spend their life in the military can be rewarded with Triumphs and titles beyond the hopes of many. Follow this path, and the honour of leading one of Rome's own named legions could be yours.
Career Soldier
Not every man is born a patrician. Not every man is guaranteed entry to the Senate of Rome. In fact, only a minority of men can gain enough influence to challenge the established patrician families of Rome and force entry to the Senate. It can be done - a lifetime of servitude and some great victories, and even the lowest born soldier can find himself commanding respect from the highest born senator. Can there be any greater satisfaction?
This all works ingame and stuff is still being added to it. This is but the tip of the iceberg when it comes to trait systems for RS 2.0 - Rome after all, is a mere one faction and there are many in RS 2.0
