I rather doubt it, making it consolefriendly would be a huge task.
And the user created content is gonna be hundreds of gigabytes in time, of which the best will be dependant on scripts, bsa invalidators and what not.; so consoles won't get that as well.

The Nexus is a mod hosting site that various mod authors use and is probably the most referenced site on the official Bethesda forum. You'll likely get the most variety of Fallout 3 mods from the Nexus.

As Spartan said, if you don't like Fallout 3 now, and you want to find mods to make it better, you'll find them at the Nexus.

NMA has a few good mods for the originals, but there's no way they will be able to handle the amount of awesome mods Fallout 3 will have.

Plus they have that lame hosting that makes you wait for the files.

Yep...don't care. Isn't that amazing. Didn't say I didn't like it. It is an okay game. It just isn't a good game.

It is arcade-y. Far too easy. VATS sucks, but shooting outside of VATS is again way too arcade-y. Your companions have terrible pathing and terrible combat AI. Too many of the fun random places you can visit are devoid of anything. Which can be fixed with mods. Most of the quests you get are good.

Game just lacks the feel of what Fallout games are suppose to be. Which doesn't surprise me. Bethseda hasn't put out decent games for a few years.

The biggest improvement in the game over the old ones is that at least you are more immersed. Traveling from place to place is much better. Rather than rushing to get the car like in FO2 because traveling is just a matter of waiting and hoping you don't meet Pariah Dog in a random encounter...

Mostly just been playing to tweak out a stupidly powerful character on the hardest difficulty, which wasn't hard at all.

Most of the games problems can be fixed. Which is a shame. This is why I hate new game companies. Rush out some product and overmarket it to ing hell.

Sure the game can be fun at times. It just ain't that good. At least they had the money to pay for good reviews and release stuff like the GECK.

I don't know why you're so hostile about it. My post wasn't to defend the state of Fallout 3 right now, it was informing you that the Nexus is where you will find the mods you spoke about in this very thread.

:hmmm: Well that's nice, we're talking about the GECK here and modding FO3. I'm not going to try to convince you Bethesda/Fallout 3 are of value to anything. I like the game, I want to mod it, and this thread is for discussion of the modding tools.

Exactly! I tried creating an account for Planet Elderscrolls when I was modding for Oblivion, but the damned site took forever to activate me. I still don't know if I'm activated.

From now on, I only upload my mods at www.tesnexus.com. and www.fallout3nexus.com. When I Google my mods, I see them on Filefront and various german sites, so I'll leave it up to the community to distribute it beyond the Nexus.
