[Help] Animated Banners

hi i wanted to know if anyone here knows an easy way to do an animated banner
i did one some time ago but it took me a whole day and it wasnt really good

Well it's pretty simple actually.

Create a numerous amount of layers, lets say 5. On your Layer Pallet, just select a layer each time, and change one thing. So say I want a fading text effect, Layer 1 will have Black text. Layer 2 will have the text faded. Layer 3 will be more faded and so on.

When you have done so, simply click Save to Web and tick the animate box.

That is using an older version of Photoshop though but is a very simple way of animating.
