LOL you know what I thought, that he was meaning the mod as a lil brother to RTR and someone had insulted it. LOL. Imagine fighting a full family member stat, that should be tough.

That is pretty funny.
It looks like each of those mini-armies has a family member. I'd guess that the AI has each of those family members filed as "army leaders" in its little electronic head. Thus, it doesn't want to combine them with other "army leaders" and instead deploys them with their "army".
